The purpose of Enola Rose and the philosophy behind its name

Enola Rose is committed to ensuring that the food products created with its involvement uphold the highest professional standards.

The name Enola is inspired by an iconic character from the post-apocalyptic science fiction film Waterworld, starring Kevin Costner. In the movie, the character embodies hope and the promise of a better future, representing the key to survival and a more fulfilling life in an extreme world. The name Rose carries personal and familial significance.

Together, Enola Rose symbolizes professional dedication, conveying important values through its food products and carrying the hope for a better and healthier world.

My name is Andor Háber,
and I am the managing director of Primrose Vital Ltd.

I have over 13 years of experience in the production, research and development, and marketing of various types of food products.

The focus of my professional work has been the development and innovation of food products, spanning a wide range of categories including meat, dairy, confectionery, and bakery products, as well as dietary supplements and functional foods.

A thorough understanding of raw materials and ingredients has always been a central element of my approach, which I have cultivated through the parallel application of both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

As a result, I have acquired extensive expertise in raw materials and have studied functional ingredients at both molecular and applied levels, with particular emphasis on the synergistic water-binding properties of hydrocolloid systems and the characteristics and mechanisms of action of bioactive compounds relevant to nutrition and health. In product development projects, these insights have been applied not in isolation but in the context of technological processes and product design. I have also contributed to the preparation and implementation grant-supported projects.

In practice, I have been involved in managing production processes, which has provided direct exposure to numerous technologies in industrial settings. Concurrently, I have played an active role in establishing and developing the nutrition division of a food company, as well as supporting the technical and scientific background for several leading brands.

Throughout development processes, I have assisted partners in expanding their product portfolios, supporting tasks ranging from concept creation to final implementation. At the same time, I have continually updated my knowledge of current trends, technologies, and ingredients through regular participation in professional exhibitions and conferences, from smaller manufacturers to international players.

My professional approach centers on client and consumer satisfaction, as well as a commitment to impeccable quality. Guided by these values, I launched the Enola Rose brand in 2018, which expanded in 2023 to include the SunPure powdered vegan protein beverage line.

I firmly believe that there is room for innovation in every food category, and that an external, objective professional perspective can often provide real added value in identifying and realizing these opportunities.

In recent years, the digitalization of the food industry has gradually become a focus of my research, and the investigation of related methods, tools, and applications is ongoing.

I aim to leverage this experience in collaborations with both established and emerging food companies and producers, jointly developing and implementing innovative ideas.
